Clean. Small - just the right size for the money. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Close to the action yet far enough to be quiet. Solved a problem of overbooking by suggesting another place.
Booked first night on internet - good. Booked 3rd night over the counter but when I returned the following morning, the room was gone. However they suggested another place for a similar price which had rooms.

It was an excellent location for carnival in Pelo - walking distance to town. The owner and staff were super friendly and there was a place to eat next to the hotel with basic yet ok food.
The rooms were extremely basic, not for honeymoners but ok for friends... the price was extremeley high because of carnival.

The staff, nothing else
All the rest, the price was so high and the room was a total disaster.

Its location is very good, close to all the sights in the old center. The girl at the reception is very friendly and willing to help. We had ants on our room and got a new room for that.
The bed is not really comfortable. The staff doesn't speak English.

People were nice although like nearly everywhere else in the city, nobody was speaking English. Breakfast was very good and rooms were correct for this price. Just buy before a mosquito killer since there were some little, discret, silent but extremely hungry mosquitoes that loved me :-)

Friendly staff, good location and access to the Pelo. Good breakfast and good value for money
Small rooms, old pillows, and with linen that does not quite fit the bed.

As bike riders, we really appreciated the complimentary bike rental service, making it easy for us to explore the city. The staff's advice on safe biking routes was invaluable.
We felt really comfortable during our stay, as the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

The hotel had a charming and cozy decoration, with beautiful paintings and traditional furniture. The calm and relaxing atmosphere in the general areas made me feel right at home. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people like me, with ramps and elevator available to make moving around easier.
While the children working there were friendly, I would have appreciated a larger variety of activities specifically catered towards senior guests.
